Driver Hire is proud to be supporting one of our valued clients in their search for a Service Logistics Coordinator to join their expanding service department.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key coordination role, managing the day-to-day operations of 10 field engineers (with plans to grow the team further) while helping to introduce a new service software system to enhance efficiency and reporting.
The Role
Coordinate and support field engineers, ensuring smooth daily operations
Manage job scheduling, allocation, and customer updates
Maintain accurate service records and assist with reporting
Liaise directly with customers to deliver exceptional service
Support the rollout of a new service management software
The Offer
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week (on-site role)
Holidays: 25 days annual leave (rising after 5 years)
Excellent opportunities for development as the service team grows
About You
Ideally 1.5 years’ experience in a similar coordination, service admin, or logistics support role (or a fast learner ready to impress!)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using Sage 200, Excel, and Word
Experience dealing directly with customers
A proactive, detail-oriented, and positive approach to work
