Pay: £13.50–£14.50 per hour
Bonus: Personal & Business Performance Bonuses
Location: North East Somerset & the wider Somerset area
Working Pattern: 4 days meeting clients | 1 day office-based
Hours: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
The Role
This role suits someone who enjoys being out with clients, having meaningful business conversations, and building long-term relationships in a consultative way.
You will:
Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with local businesses
Build trusted relationships using a consultative sales approach
Discuss recruitment solutions that provide vital workforce support to businesses looking to grow
Understand client challenges and present practical, solution-based services
Manage your own diary, meetings, and follow-ups
Spend one day per week in the office for planning and collaboration
This is a relationship-led sales role, not a call-centre or hard-sell environment.
About You
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
Enjoy meeting people and building business relationships
Are confident holding professional, consultative conversations
Prefer quality client meetings over high-volume calling
Are organised and comfortable managing your own schedule
Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
Sales experience with attention to prospect pipelines
