Driver Hire / DH Recruitment – Bridgwater
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
£27,500 – £30,000 basic | OTE £40,000 – £47,000
Driver Hire and DH Recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support an exciting new phase of growth across the region.
Based in Bridgwater, you will join an experienced recruitment team already in place, giving you the support and structure to succeed while playing a key role in developing business and delivering recruitment solutions.
This is a 360 recruitment role with responsibility for both business development and recruitment activity. You will be building relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and sourcing high-quality candidates to meet client needs.
Key responsibilities:
Developing new business across the region
Building and managing client relationships
Identifying recruitment needs and delivering staffing solutions
Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy intake to placement
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and registering candidates
Writing and posting job adverts
Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
Managing temporary and permanent recruitment activity
Carrying out compliance and right to work checks
Working closely with the existing team to achieve growth targets
What we are looking for:
Previous recruitment experience is essential
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Target-driven and commercially aware
Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
Full UK driving licence required
What we offer:
£27,500 – £30,000 basic salary
OTE £40,000 – £47,000 per annum
