Recruitment Consultant

Driver Hire Brighton isn’t just recruiting – we’re expanding fast. After a record 40% growth this year, we need a dynamic new Recruitment Consultant to join our journey.

This is a true 360° role. You’ll hunt for new business, then make it happen. One minute you’ll be on a sales call winning a new client, the next you’ll be on the phone matching a brilliant driver with their perfect shift. If you thrive on variety, pace, and seeing the direct impact of your work, this is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Sales & Business Development: Proactively grow our client base through calls, emails, and meetings. This is about building relationships and spotting opportunities.

• Full Recruitment Cycle: Source, interview, and register great drivers. You’ll be the main point of contact, ensuring they’re compliant and ready to work.

• Operations & Service: Fill shifts efficiently, solve daily challenges, and provide exceptional service to both clients and drivers. Reliability is key.

What we’re looking for:

• A driven and resilient personality – you don’t shy away from a challenge.

• Excellent communication skills – you can build rapport quickly, whether on a cold call or in an interview.

• A sales mindset – you enjoy persuading, negotiating, and closing opportunities.

• Fantastic organisational skills – you can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is a plus, but attitude trumps all.
