Recruitment Consultant (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Driver Hire Inverness is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
What we’re looking for –
- Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Strong computer skills and a confident telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Team player
- Sales experience is helpful but not essential (training provided)
Role responsibilities –
- Recruiting, interviewing and registering candidates
- Updating candidate information across systems
- Handling calls from clients and candidates
- Allocating drivers to shifts
- Outbound sales calls and client visits
Working environment –
You’ll join a close-knit, busy office where priorities change quickly, so flexibility and being calm under pressure are key.
As Driver Hire operates 24/7, you will also be part of the on-call rota. This involves taking calls and dealing with issues from home out with office hours.
Salary –
- £26,500 base
- Performance-related bonus
- OTE £30,000+
