Location: Jedburgh, Scottish Borders
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Hours: Full time (day shift initially, flexibility required)
Start date: Immediate
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing manufacturing company for Production Operatives to join a small, friendly team at a modern production facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding company with scope for future development.
Duties include:
- Operating and assisting with production machinery
- Feeding raw materials into machines
- Packing finished products
- Moving materials and goods
- Following all health & safety procedures
Training provided:
- Full on-site machinery training
- Forklift and health & safety training if required
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Some experience with machinery (workplace or college level)
Desirable but not essential:
- Manufacturing experience
- Forklift licence
- Mechanical or electrical skills
£12.60 per hour – Permanent role with progression opportunities
