Driver Hire Kingston is currently recruiting Passenger Assistants (PAs) to work with a well-known children’s charity, helping SEN schoolchildren travel safely to and from school.

This role is based in Twickenham, with other locations available in West London.

🕐 Hours, Pay & Perks:

• Monday to Friday – Term Time Only

• Split Shifts:

  • Morning: 7:00 am – 09:00 am

  • Afternoon: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

• £14.25/hour PAYE Advanced

• Guaranteed 4 hours of pay per day

• Weekly pay

• Ongoing work with potential to become permanent

🚍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting SEN children on and off the minibus safely

• Ensuring seatbelts and wheelchair restraints are secure at all times

• Providing a friendly, reassuring presence during each journey

• Supporting the driver to ensure children’s safety and comfort throughout the trip

• Communicating with parents, carers, and school staff when needed

• A kind, caring, and patient attitude — this is more than just a job!

• Reliability and professionalism, especially during school runs

• Experience in a care, school, or support environment is desirable but not essential

• An Enhanced DBS (we’ll help you apply if you don’t already have one)
