Job details
We are looking for a nught shunter driver (Class 2) Monday to Friday to move vehicles on and off loading bays between 5pm and 3/4am. They will be a mixture of Van’s, 7.5t and Class 2 vehicles.
About the role
This will be quite a fast paced environment manouvering vehicles on and off loading bays at night, between 5pm and 3/4am.
About you
Ideally you will hold a valid CPC and digital tachograph although the shunting will be on private property so drivers with experiance but no tacho/CPC will be considered. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Salary
Rate of pay will be £20.00 p/h advanced Paye (Advanced payroll method inclusive of holiday pay)– paid weekly.
Start Date
Immediate starts available. Ongoing temporary position. Potential to job share to work 2-3 days
Experience:
- Driving a Goods Vehicle: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 2 / Cat C Licence
- Driver CPC & digital tachograph
