The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Business Consultant to grow our local client base by building relationships face-to-face and delivering recruitment solutions that genuinely help businesses hire better. This is a hands-on, consultative role where you’ll generate your own pipeline, win new clients, and onboard them successfully—owning the full front-end sales journey.

What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and pipeline building: Identify, approach and develop new local business opportunities.
Outbound activity: Confidently contact prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Appointment setting & client meetings: Arrange and attend F2F meetings to understand hiring needs and present tailored recruitment services.
Consultative selling: Diagnose challenges, advise on solutions, and build trust with key stakeholders.
Client onboarding: Bring new clients on board smoothly—setting expectations, agreeing terms, and ensuring a strong start.
CRM discipline: Keep accurate records of activity, pipeline, and outcomes using a CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (e.g., B2B sales, recruitment sales, business development, account acquisition).
Proven ability to win new business and build a pipeline from scratch.
Confident communicator—comfortable making high-volume calls and handling objections professionally.
Strong written communication for email outreach and follow-ups.
Solid working knowledge of CRM systems and sales process management.
A clear understanding of a consultative sales approach—you ask the right questions, listen well, and tailor solutions.
What You’ll Get
