We are currently recruiting a Mini Bus driver for our Client based in LS14.
Your role will be driving a passenger group of up to 16 elderly people to a lunch event Wednesday to Friday of each week.
You will be responsible for the safety of the passengers, helping with entry and exiting the vehicle. This will include aiding with setting up the wheel chair access ramp. You will be assisted by a helper to set up the ramp when required to be used.
You will not be handling any cash as our client is a charity so offer their service free of charge.
Shift pattern: 09:30 – 14:30 – 5 hours – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Expected contract period: 26th November 25 – 31st March 26.
Requirements:
- You must hold a D1 Driving licence with no exception codes.
- You must hold a PCV CPC qualification
- 12 Months experience with passenger transport
- Able to commit to working until March 2026
- Able to work Part time hours – 5 hours pay per day – 15 hours per week.
Pay rate: £12.80 per hour + holiday pay of £1.54 – total pay £14.34 per hour
