Industrial Painter – Day Shift

Location: Sandbach
Pay: £12.71 per hour

Driver Hire Crewe is recruiting on behalf of one of our well-established manufacturing clients in Sandbach for an Industrial Painter. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with long-term prospects and the potential to progress onto higher-paid shift work if desired.

Hours of Work

Day Shift:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
• Friday: 07:30 – 12:30
• £12.71 per hour

There is also the opportunity to move onto rotating shifts in the future for candidates looking to increase their earnings.

The Role

As an Industrial Painter, your duties will include:

• Preparing metal components ready for painting.
• Applying industrial paint and protective coatings to manufactured products.
• Ensuring all work meets quality and finish standards.
• Carrying out basic preparation work, including cleaning and masking components.
• Maintaining painting equipment and keeping the work area clean and organised.
• Working safely and following all health and safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Industrial Painter, Spray Painter or within a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
