Driver Hire Southampton are currently recruiting for flexible Class 2 drivers to work on behalf of our clients specialising in vehicle movements. This role is ideal for someone looking for 2-3 days of work a week.
About this role:
- Work on an AD HOC basis (2-3 days a week)
- Working hours are 7:30am- 6:00pm
- Moving Class 2 and 7.5T vehicles around the client’s yard in a safe manner
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any damage
- Always keep yard in clean and tidy condition
What we require from you:
- Full UK Class 2 licence with valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Own transport to commute to and from work
- Have a great understanding of health and safety
- Alert and aware of your surroundings
- Attention to detail
- Minimum of 12 months experience on Class 2 is essential
- Fantastic communication skills
