About the Role

Driver Hire Edinburgh West are currently seeking an experienced Class 2 Truck Mixer Driver to join our client’s team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and professional driver to work with a well-established company on a short-term contract.

Key Details:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 7:00am – 6:00pm

• Occasional Saturdays may be required

• Contract Length: Likely to be 3 months

• Start Date: ASAP

• Pay Rate: 💷 £16 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 2 truck mixer to deliver concrete to various sites

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with all safety regulations

• Provide excellent customer service on site

• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence

• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card

• No IN, DD, DR, or CD endorsements

• No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences

• Previous experience driving a mixer truck – essential

• Good communication and reliability essential
