Driver Hire Bristol is recruiting for a Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join a well-established solid fuel distribution operation. This is a permanent position offering stable hours, overtime opportunities, and performance-related bonuses — ideal for drivers who don’t mind hands-on, physical work.

Permanent Role | Weekly Pay | Overtime at Time & a Half

The Role:

• Deliver solid fuel products to domestic and commercial customers

• Daily start time 06:30

• Typical shift length 8–10 hours during winter months

• Regular and sustained manual handling required

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Monday to Friday basic 40-hour week

• Hours worked above 40 (Mon–Fri) paid at time and a half

• Saturday work required during winter, paid at time and a half, in line with rest rules

• Complete vehicle checks, paperwork, and deliver professional customer service

Pay & Benefits:

• £16.57 per hour

What You’ll Need:

• Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence

• Valid CPC and Digital Tacho cards

• Willingness to work Saturdays during peak winter period
