4 new Class 2 HGV drivers are required to fill long term and permanent positions for our clients based in the Blackpool area working at the council in the street scene department.
Our drivers will be required to assist with driving only.
As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you will need…
● A UK issued Class 2 driving Licence
● A valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
● Less than 8 points on your licence
● To be keen to look after your vehicles ,be punctual and reliable and be able to work in a team.
HGV Driver responsibilities include:
● The ability to work with a team of operatives
● Daily walk round and Vehicle checks. Reporting existing damage and defects.
● Correct use of Tachograph and drivers hours
The successful Class 2 HGV Drivers can expect:
● Monday–Friday: £14.00 – £20.00 PAYE Per Hour.
● Weekly Pay, paid on time every time.
● 8hr minimum guaranteed pay per shift
● Subsidised ongoing CPC training.

Permanent employed positions available after a period of temporary work.
