Driver Hire Edinburgh West are currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers.
Location: West Lothian
Pay: £14.00p/h
Job Type: Ad Hoc / Casual / Part-Time / Full Time hours sometimes available but cannot be guaranteed
Are you a qualified HGV Class 2 driver looking for flexible work without being tied to a full-time schedule? We’re currently recruiting reliable, safety-conscious, and professional drivers to join our team for ad hoc assignments across West Lothian.
What We Offer:

What We’re Looking For:

A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence

A valid CPC certification and Digital Tachograph Card
-
Minimum 1 year experience – essential
- No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences and no IN, DD, DR or CD endorsements

Good communication and customer service skills

A strong understanding of driver hours and regulations

A flexible and professional attitude
Typical Duties May Include:
-
Multi-drop and single-drop deliveries/collections (various products including steel, office furniture, food and drink, building & construction, the list goes on)
- A-B vehicle movement.

General haulage or pallet network work

Loading/unloading where required

Ensuring vehicle checks and compliance with safety standards
