🚛 Class 2 HIAB (Remote Grab) Driver – Scaffolding Deliveries | Ad-Hoc Shifts

Driver Hire Edinburgh City is seeking Class 2 HIAB Remote Grab Drivers to support a leading scaffolding company on an ad-hoc basis.
Whether you’re looking to boost your income or enjoy the freedom to choose your shifts, this opportunity offers great flexibility and top rates of pay.
💷 Pay Rates:
-
£17.59/hr – standard (including advanced holiday pay)

£23.45/hr – overtime and Saturdays
-
£26.39/hr – Sundays
🔧 Your Duties Will Include:
-
Driving a Class 2 vehicle equipped with a HIAB Remote Grab
-
Delivering scaffolding materials (poles, boards, fittings) to construction sites
-
Using the crane safely to load and unload equipment
-
Securing loads and adhering to on-site safety protocols
-
Completing vehicle checks and required paperwork
✅ Requirements:
-
Full UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence
-
Valid HIAB Remote Grab certificate (essential)

Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
-
Ideally 12+ months’ HIAB driving experience
-
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
