HGV Class 2 Driver

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Class 2 Multi Drop Driver for our client in Winsford, Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive a Class 2 vehicle to deliver goods to multiple locations.
• Perform multi-drop deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point.
• Conduct pre and post-delivery vehicle checks.
• Load and unload goods as required, ensuring safe handling.
• Have experience using a pump truck and tail lift.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and reliability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of driving experience with a class 2 vehicle.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving license.
• CPC & Digi card.
• Use of a pump truck and tail lift is essential.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to represent the company professionally at all times.
• Physically fit, as lifting and moving products will be part of the job.
• FLT Counterbalance licence would be desirable but not essential.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay rate:
  • £13.70ph.
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts across other contracts if you want to bulk out your hours.
• 07:00 start times Monday – Friday (approx. 8-10 hour day depending on drop volumes); 1 Saturday morning to be worked every month – 2/3 hours.
