HGV Class 1 Driver – Temp to Perm
Location: Doncaster
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off or Monday to Friday
Salary: £18.00ph
We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for an exciting opportunity with a well-established client located in Doncaster on a Temp to Perm basis.
About the role:
- Deliver and collect goods safely and efficiently
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
- Complete delivery and collection paperwork accurately
- Secure loads correctly and ensure goods are transported safely
- Operate tail lifts and pallet trucks where required
- Report any delays, vehicle defects, incidents or issues promptly
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience
- Valid CPC and Tacho Card
- Good knowledge of UK roads
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach
