Forklift Driver – Reach

Are you an experienced Reach Forklift Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with a great team? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well‑established client in Falkirk — and this role could be the perfect fit for you!

This position starts with 12 weeks through ourselves, followed by the opportunity to go permanent directly with the client.

📌 Position Details

• Role: Reach Forklift Driver
• Location: Falkirk
• Type: 12 weeks temp → perm
• Shifts:

• Monday–Thursday: 07:30–17:30
• Friday: 07:30–15:30
  • Pay Options:
• £13.50 per hour (holidays accrued)
• £15.13 per hour (advanced holiday pay)

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Primarily operating the reach forklift
• Assisting with picking orders from stores when required
• Working safely within a busy warehouse environment
• Supporting general warehouse duties as part of the team

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating a reach truck
• A valid forklift licence — some in‑house tickets accepted
• Someone reliable, hardworking, and keen for a long-term role
• Ability to work both on the truck and within warehouse picking areas
