Driver Hire Darlington is currently recruiting an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team in the Darlington area. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable individual looking for secure, consistent work with a well‑established operation.
The Role
Working as part of the warehouse and logistics team, you will be responsible for:
- Operating a Counterbalance and/or Reach forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Supporting general warehouse operations where required
- Following all site Health & Safety policies
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- An in-date forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)
- Previous warehouse / FLT experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable and motivated work attitude
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
