🚜 Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) – Agricultural Sector
Driver Hire Winchester is recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established client in the agricultural industry. If you’re reliable, physically fit, and enjoy early starts, this could be the perfect role for you!
🔧 Role Details
- 📍 Location: Just outside Winchester (commutable from Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford & Southampton)
- 📆 Duration: Temp to Perm position
- 🕕 Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am starts (8–10-hour shifts)
🔄 Your Main Duties
- Safely operating a counterbalance forklift
- Picking, packing, palletising, and wrapping
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- General warehouse tasks and manual handling
💰 What You’ll Receive
- Weekly pay – every Friday
- Minimum 8 hours pay per shift guaranteed
- Onsite parking & full training provided

✅ What You’ll Need
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Your own transport to reach the site
- Previous forklift experience (essential)
- A strong work ethic and reliable timekeeping
- Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting
