Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) – Seafield, Edinburgh

💰 Pay: £13.00 – £14.57 per hour
🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

Driver Hire Edinburgh City is currently recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a well-established client based in the Seafield area of Edinburgh.

🔧 The Role

• Working hours: 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday

• Ongoing position with no fixed end date

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely

• Moving, organising, and storing stock within the warehouse

• Picking and preparing orders for dispatch

• Operating a counterbalance forklift efficiently, with strong spatial awareness

💷 What We Offer

Pay Rates:

• £12.50 per hour – Standard PAYE (holiday pay accrued separately)

• £14.01 per hour – PAYE Advanced (holiday pay included)

Benefits Include:

• Weekly pay

• Holiday pay accrued per shift (PAYE)

• Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours’ pay per day

• Monday to Friday work only — no weekend shifts

• Local to Seafield or able to commute consistently

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence

• Previous counterbalance forklift experience
