£13.69 per hour (including holiday pay) shortly rising to £14.25 per hour in April

We’re recruiting for a small, family-run business in Croydon looking for reliable people to join as Production Operatives. You’ll be working in a cold store environment preparing and packing salads (don’t worry – full training and protective gear provided).
This is an ongoing temporary role with the chance to go permanent for the right person.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and packing
- Working to shift times and keeping things running smoothly
- Supporting the team to get orders out on time
What we’re looking for
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse roles, and particularly in a supervisory capacity would be of interest
- Someone reliable who wants consistent hours
