🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 16:30

⏳ Contract: Temp to Perm – 10 Weeks with Us, Then Permanent with Our Client
We are recruiting an experienced Finance Supervisor to join our client’s finance team in Grangemouth. This role is a 10-week temporary assignment through us, with a planned transition to a permanent leadership position with our client.
This opportunity is ideal for a qualified finance professional (ACCA or equivalent) seeking a hands-on role with oversight responsibilities and the potential to grow within a well-established business.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including sales and purchase invoice processing

Supervise and support finance team members in delivering accurate and timely results

Manage company expense processes and ensure policy compliance

Monitor and lead credit control activities

Provide accurate costings and rates for contracts and equipment hire

Act as a point of contact for finance-related queries from clients and internal departments

Ensure adherence to financial procedures and maintain audit-ready records
✅ Requirements:

Professional finance qualification (ACCA or equivalent) or equivalent experience

Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally with team leadership or supervisory duties

Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting practices

Excellent communication skills and confident phone manner

High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of financial work

Proficient in financial software and general office administration
