eBay Sales Co-ordinator
📍 South Devon (Torbay area) | 💷 £12.50 per hour | 🕗 Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in eBay or online sales?
We’re looking for an eBay Sales Co-ordinator to manage and optimise our online sales operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly — from listings and customer communication to order processing and dispatch.
The Role
As our eBay Sales Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our eBay store, maintaining high standards of accuracy, presentation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, list, and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions and competitive pricing

Monitor and respond promptly to customer enquiries, maintaining excellent service levels

Process orders and ensure stock availability and accurate shipments
-
Track and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking

Maintain proper documentation for all orders and shipments
-
Resolve customer issues or complaints quickly and professionally

Provide regular reports on sales performance and inventory levels
About You
You’re proactive, organised, and confident working both independently and as part of a team. You’ll have experience managing online sales, ideally via eBay, and a passion for delivering great customer service.
Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in eBay sales or a similar online retail environment

Strong knowledge of eBay platform management (listings, order processing, customer service)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Industry knowledge or experience in a similar role is an advantage
What We Offer

Hourly rate: £12.50

Hours: 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday

Holidays: 28 days (including bank holidays), rising to 33 days with service
