Pay rate: £12.56 – £18.84
Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for Customer Service Agent to start immediately for our growing client base across the IP postcode.
The successful Customer Service Agent will receive:
£12.56 basic
£18.84 overtime (after 7.5hrs per day)
Guaranteed 37.5hrs per week
Subsidised onsite canteen
Free car parking.
28 days holiday prorated on PAYE.

What to expect as a Customer Service Agent:
Working Monday to Friday with 9am starts, you will be working with a busy fuel provider in Bury St Edmunds handling a high volume of customer care calls.
This is a temporary position initially running through the winter season with a possible permanent position for the right candidate.
As a Customer Service Agent you must:
Previous experience in a call enter environment
Computer literacy
Polite & professional able to handle high volume of customer calls.
