Due to continued growth, Driver Hire and DH Recruitment are looking for somebody to join the team and support the next phase of our development.
We are seeking a confident and motivated Client and Recruitment Coordinator to work in a fast-paced office environment.
This is a varied role that combines client service, recruitment support, booking management, and day-to-day office coordination. The main part of the role involves speaking with clients and staff over the phone, so you must be confident, professional, and comfortable building strong working relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to develop their career, with future progression into Recruitment, Business Development, or Operations Management.
Key responsibilities:
Taking bookings over the phone from clients
Managing and coordinating daily bookings
Calling existing and new clients to check how staff are getting on
Making daily welfare calls to staff
Checking staff availability and updating booking information
Responding to inbox and email queries
Updating and maintaining CRM systems accurately
Providing general office and administrative support
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office-based role
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Good administration and computer skills
Experience updating CRM systems
A background in transport, logistics, or recruitment would be beneficial
