Driver Hire Edinburgh West is recruiting experienced Cleaners / Housekeepers to support multiple client sites across West Lothian and Edinburgh.

These opportunities suit reliable, detail-focused candidates with relevant cleaning or housekeeping experience, who take pride in maintaining high standards. Work is currently available on an ongoing basis, however shifts are ad hoc, so flexibility is essential and hours cannot be guaranteed.

The Role

Depending on the assignment, duties may include:

• Cleaning lodges, pods, holiday lets, and accommodation units
• Changing bedding and preparing rooms to a high, guest-ready standard
• Cleaning and maintaining vehicle interiors and exteriors to strict hygiene and presentation standards
• Preparing campervans and vehicles with required kits, bedding, and extras
• Managing cleaning stock and consumables, reporting shortages or damage
• Supporting depot or site operations by keeping work areas clean and organised
• Working independently and as part of a supportive team to meet turnaround times

Essential Requirements

• Relevant cleaning experience is essential
  (housekeeping, hotel, Airbnb, holiday accommodation, vehicle or fleet cleaning)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards
• Reliable, punctual, and physically able to work in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Own transport required for some West Lothian locations due to site access
