🚛 Class 2 HIAB Driver – Full-Time & Ongoing
📍 Location: Inverness
💷 Pay: £17.00 per hour
🕒 Start Date: Immediate
We’re looking for an experienced and customer‑focused Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our client’s busy builders merchant yard in Inverness. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of driving and hands‑on work, supporting customers with essential building materials and representing the company out on site. You’ll be working as part of a friendly yard team, delivering to both trade and domestic customers, and playing a key role in keeping daily deliveries running smoothly. This is a full‑time, ongoing role with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

🔧 What’s on Offer:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM start time
- Overtime paid after 8 hours daily
- Weekly pay –
- PAYE – £17.00ph with £19.50 OT
- PAYE ADV – £19.05 ph with £21.85 OT
🚚 Your Day-to-Day:
- Deliver building materials to commercial and residential locations
- Operate HIAB safely (hook and sling attachments)
- Load/unload materials and carry out some manual handling
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain delivery records and vehicle logs
- Carry out routine vehicle checks
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC & Digital Tacho Card
- HIAB ticket
- No DR, IN, or TT endorsements
- Forklift or lifting experience is an advantage
