Class 2 HGV Driver – Furniture Delivery

📍 Elland | £15.00 per hour | Ongoing Work | Temp to Perm Opportunity

We’re currently recruiting for class 2 hgv driver to join a busy and growing delivery operation based in Elland. This is a great opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified drivers to secure ongoing work, with the potential to go temp to perm for the right candidate.

💷 Pay & Hours:

• £15.oo per hour (paid weekly)

• Shifts spread across Monday to Saturday

• Start times may vary based on delivery routes

🚛 The Role:

• Working as part of a 2-man team, delivering household furniture to customers’ homes

• Heavy lifting involved – must be physically fit

• Ensuring all goods are delivered safely and with great customer service

• Completing all relevant paperwork and following safe working procedures

• Representing the company in a professional manner

✅ Requirements:

• Valid class 2 (C) licence

• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card

• No more than 6 penalty points

• No major endorsements (e.g. DR, IN, DD)

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting

• Excellent customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
