We are currently looking to recruit a Class 2 Driver on an ongoing temporary basis for our client based in Braintree.
This assignment will be based on a 1 year contract, therefore this is an excellent opportunity to get ‘your foot in the door’ with a reputable nationwide company and gain some experience within the industry.
Newly qualified Class 2 Drivers are welcome!!
Our client specialises in building supplies/materials, tool hire products and timber products to both commercial and domestic customers throughout the UK, however deliveries will predominantly be ‘local’.
Duties will include:
- Delivering hire products within the local are (within 15/20 miles of Braintree)
- Quick wash over of hire products that you will be delivering.
- Completing regular vehicle checks
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Offer excellent customer service skills
- Be a team player
- Have a good work ethic
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 7am – 5pm
Alternative Saturdays: 8am – 12pm
Temp Salary:
INC holiday: Basic – £14.56ph *
EXC holiday: Basic – £13ph, Overtime £15.60ph
MINIMUM 10 HOURS PAID PER SHIFT
