Class 2 Drivers Wanted – Temp to Perm (M24 Area)
Start Date: Immediate | Weekly Pay | Temp to Perm (13 Weeks)
We’re currently recruiting two experienced Class 2 Drivers on behalf of our client based in the M24 postcode. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering job security and long-term prospects for the right candidates.
Working Pattern:
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Tuesday to Friday: 08:00 start – until finish
- Saturday: 09:00 start – until finish
- Heavy handball involved – applicants must be physically fit and capable of lifting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph (Digi Card)
- Minimum 1 year of Class 2 driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
Role Responsibilities:
- Multi-drop deliveries of alcoholic drink products across the Manchester area
- Completing daily vehicle checks in line with legal and company standards
- Accurately completing all required delivery paperwork
- Providing excellent service and maintaining a friendly, courteous manner with customers
Pay & Benefits (while with Driver Hire):
- Guaranteed Hours – Paid a minimum of 8 hours per shift
- Immediate Start – Start earning from day one
- Weekly Pay – Get paid every Friday
- Overtime Available – Earn more with additional hours
Permanent Role Offer (after 13 weeks):
- Annual Salary: £35,496
