About the Role
Driver Hire is seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver to join our client’s operation on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves the safe and efficient transportation of hazardous liquids, ensuring all work complies with ADR and health & safety regulations.
You will be expected to work flexibly across a 7-day rota, with typical start times around 7:30am. Overtime opportunities are available, with enhanced pay rates for additional hours.
Key Responsibilities
Safe collection and delivery of bulk liquid products in line with ADR standards
Carrying out pre- and post-vehicle checks in compliance with company policy
Maintaining accurate delivery records and driver logs
Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence Min 2 years due to insurance
Valid ADR licence
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Strong awareness of health & safety regulations
Flexibility to work across various days and overtime when required
Previous tanker experience is desirable but not essential
