Class 2 ADR Driver (Immediate Start) Competitive Pay rate

Driver Hire Romford are looking to recruit a Class 2 ADR Driver for ongoing multidrop work, delivering gas cylinders in Romford and across London & Essex with a well-established company.

Job Specification

You would be joining a respected national business, delivering gas cylinders safely and professionally while representing the company to the highest standard.

• Transporting gas cylinders (ADR – Packaged Goods) to commercial and domestic customers
• Completing multidrop deliveries in and around London and Essex
• Providing excellent customer service as the face of the business
• Planning routes effectively to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining a clean and tidy vehicle
• Adhering strictly to all ADR, health & safety, and company procedures
• Handling cylinders safely, including loading/unloading where required
• Remaining calm, professional, and safety-focused at all times

What you need

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence
• Valid ADR Licence (Packages – Gas preferred)
• Maximum of 6 points on licence (no major endorsements)
• Up-to-date CPC & Digital Tacho Card
• Previous multidrop experience (essential)
• Good knowledge of London & Essex routes (or willingness to learn)
• Physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Smart appearance with strong communication skills
• Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
• Own transport to travel to and from the workplace
• Punctuality and reliability are essential

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 07:30 start
