Our client in Kelso are looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to support their busy office staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking appointments and maintaining appointments diary.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting invoicing processes.
- Liaising with the team to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative and office reception role.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- ‘Can do’ attitude and exceptional customer support.
This is a full-time, Mon to Fri, office-based role on a temporary basis.
£13.50 ph PAYE (accruing holiday pay separately) // £15.13ph PAYE Adv (including holiday pay)
