Driver Hire Darlington is looking to recruit a skilled 8‑Wheel Tipper Driver to work with one of our long‑standing customers. This role suits an experienced Class 2 driver who is confident working on construction sites and is happy with early starts and a fast‑paced workload.
About the Job:
- Driving an 8‑wheel tipper on a variety of site deliveries
- Moving aggregates, muck, and other construction materials
- Carrying out daily walk‑round checks and keeping paperwork up to date
- Delivering to locations across the North East
- Working safely on site and adhering to all health & safety requirements
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience operating an 8‑wheel tipper
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- Up‑to‑date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good awareness of site rules and safety procedures
- A reliable, professional approach to work
