Job Title: 7.5T Driver – Fresh Food & Produce Delivery

Pay Rate: £14.57 per hour

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established fresh food supplier, who is looking for an experienced and reliable 7.5-tonne Driver to join their delivery team based in the CV34 (Warwick) area. You’ll be delivering fresh produce and ingredients – including fruit, vegetables, meat, and dairy – to a mix of residential and commercial customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all goods are delivered safely, on time, and in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Operation:
-
Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle in line with driving regulations

Conduct daily vehicle checks and promptly report any faults or issues

Use in-vehicle technology and navigation apps for efficient route planning
Delivery Management:
-
Follow pre-planned multi-drop routes with efficiency

Load and unload products carefully, maintaining the quality of fresh produce

Accurately complete delivery paperwork using handheld devices
Customer Service:
-
Provide excellent customer service at every drop

Communicate clearly with customers and resolve any delivery queries professionally

Represent the company positively on every route
What We’re Looking For:
-
A valid Category C1 (7.5T) driving licence with no more than 6 points

CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required
-
Previous experience in multi-drop or 7.5T driving preferred

Comfortable with early starts – shift begins at 4:00 AM

Reliable, punctual, and physically fit (manual handling involved)

Confident using mobile apps and basic tech
