Sales Consultant – Prestwick, Ayrshire

Driver Hire Ayrshire and Dumfries are looking for a full time Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team, based in Ayrshire this role will require regular travel for client visits with the option to work from home when appropriate. We are looking for someone who is hungry for success, can work well with others as well an off your own initiative. Applicants must have experience practising the full sales cycle, have good communication skills both on the phone and in person with candidates and clients.

As well as a competitive salary, the role does include a bonus structure along with on call allowance and company pension contribution.

What does the role involve?

• Outbound sales calls
• Lead generation
• Building and growing your pipeline
• Use of CRM system
• Sending emails
• Face to face client meetings
• Candidate registration
• Working towards KPI’s
• Managing your own sales diary
• You will be required to take the on call phone which works on a rota basis once you have successfully completed a 6 month probationary period

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• A Full Driving licence
• Own transport
• Good communication skills
• Sales experience in any industry
