Salary: £21,000 and £25,000 DOE

Here at Driver Hire Wolverhampton & Walsall, we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our existing team and help drive our business to new heights. As a Recruiter you will be engaged in the full spectrum of temporary recruitment:

• VISITING EXISTING & NEW CLIENTS
• FACE TO FACE AND TELEPHONE INTERVIEWING OF CANDIDATES
• FULFILLING CLIENTS BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• TEMPORARY RECRUITMENT

Previous experience in a recruitment role is essential and you must have the drive and ambition to succeed combined with the ability to multitask and remain in control. We are looking for somebody with a bright and open personality who is completely at ease with engaging with clients and candidates face to face and by telephone. Attention to detail and adherence to quality systems is paramount.

THE REWARDS

Basic salary will be between £21,000 and £25,000 depending on experience plus a bonus scheme which is based on office performance. There is no upper limit with potential OTE in excess of £30,000.

Hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Holidays will be 20 days per year plus bank holidays.
