Now into its eleventh year, Driver Hire’s annual ‘Proud Survey’ has delivered another set of fantastic results. Just short of 400 customers responded and 1,000 candidates.
Looking at responses from customers, 98% of them rated Driver Hire’s customer service as ‘Excellent or Good’ – the joint highest ever score – with 82% of those responding choosing ‘Excellent’. Equally impressive, 88% of customers said that, when it comes to ‘Value for Money’, Driver Hire is ‘Excellent or Good’. That’s 1% up on 2023 – a new all-time record.
One customer added: “Absolutely amazing staff and service. I’d recommend them to anyone.” And another: “I sleep better knowing 24 hours a day my staffing problems get solved.”
As for candidates, it’s another good news story with 97% of them saying they’re proud to work for Driver Hire. In fact, 65% of them said they were not just ‘Proud’ – they were ‘Very ‘Proud’. In an industry where the average tenure of an agency driver is around ten weeks before moving on, that speaks volumes about Driver Hire’s ability to not only find work for its candidates but also look after their best interests.
