Driver Hire Inverness is currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and committed individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. Full training will be given.

About the role –
As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and registering candidates
- Maintaining and updating candidate information across various computer systems
- Answering incoming calls from clients and candidates
- Allocating candidates to shifts
- Developing relationships with clients
- Providing a high level of service to both candidates and clients
As Driver Hire operates 24/7, the successful candidate will also be required to participate in an on-call rota.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £27202.50 per annum + performance-related bonus scheme
OTE: £35,000+
