🚜 Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance Forklift Driver – West Edinburgh

Driver Hire Edinburgh West is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client based in the West of Edinburgh.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.

📍 The Role

• Location: West Edinburgh
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 10:30am – 7:00pm
• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Start Date: immediate start
• Position: Temporary to Permanent
• Preparing orders and stacking pallets ready for delivery
• Wrapping and securing pallets ready to be loaded onto trucks
• Moving pallets and cages around the warehouse
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift as required
• General warehouse duties
• Working as part of a team to ensure orders are prepared safely and efficiently
• Following all warehouse health & safety procedures

✅ Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence/Ticket – essential
• Previous Counterbalance Forklift experience – essential
• Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous
• Good understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable with a physically active warehouse role
