FLT Counterbalance Driver (Temp to Perm)

📍 Location: Crewe Area
💷 Pay Rate:

• £14.00 per hour for the initial 12-week temporary assignment
• £14.97 per hour upon successful completion of the 12-week period and becoming a permanent member of staff

🕙 Hours of Work:

• Sunday to Thursday
• 22:00 – 06:00
• 30-minute unpaid break

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our customer’s busy warehouse operation on a temp-to-perm basis.

Duties include:

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Moving products throughout the warehouse using a Counterbalance FLT
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
• Supporting the warehouse team with general duties as required

Essential Requirements:

• Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance Certificate
• Full UK Category B Driving Licence
• Previous Counterbalance FLT experience
• A positive attitude and commitment to safe working practices
