HGV Class 2 / Van Delivery Driver – Bothwell – Open to Newly Qualified Drivers
Location: Bothwell
Pay: £14.00 per hour starting rate for newly qualified, higher rates available for experienced drivers
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
We’re recruiting reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join a well-established food distribution company based in Bothwell.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced drivers and newly qualified Class 2 drivers looking to gain valuable experience with the opportunity of a permanent position.
The Role:
- Multi-drop food deliveries across Scotland
- Driving a variety of vehicles, including vans and Class 2 (Category C) vehicles
- Loading and unloading deliveries as required
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
- Completing daily vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
- Working Monday to Saturday, with early starts
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Category C (Class 2) licence for HGV work
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
