Description of the customer

Our client in Northampton (Brackmills) is hiring a Class 2 driver for a permanent position. The role involves delivering various products to new build sites and merchants for a building supplies company.

Full description of the role

• Perform vehicle checks and inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tyre pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order.
• Working to a delivery schedule and informing customer of any issues/delays
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Deliveries and collections to customers across the UK

Skills / qualifications

Valid C licence (Class 2)

Moffett licence preferred but not essential

Valid Tachograph & CPC

No more than 6 Points or Major Offences

Minimum of 12 months Class 2 driving experience
