Driver Hire Winchester are looking for a reliable and professional Class 2 Skip Driver to join one of our long-standing clients, a leading company within the waste and recycling industry.
If you’re an experienced Class 2 driver who enjoys being out on the road, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and is looking for a secure, long-term opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!

📍 The Role
- 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity
- Monday to Friday – enjoy your weekends off!
- 6:30am start times with average shifts of 10–12 hours
- Delivering, collecting and exchanging skips across Southampton and the surrounding areas
- Full training and ongoing support provided by our client
✅ What You’ll Need
- Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum of 12 months’ Class 2 driving experience
- Previous skip driving experience is beneficial but not essential
- Own transport to travel to and from the depot
- A positive attitude, excellent timekeeping and strong customer service skills
