Driver Hire Yeovil & Shepton Mallet is looking for a reliable and professional Class 2 HGV ADR Driver to join our client based near Warminster.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a driver who enjoys a varied role, regional deliveries and working with a supportive, well-established team.
The role will involve driving a Class 2 curtain sider vehicle, delivering products to a mix of rural and commercial sites. Confidence driving on country roads, farms, smaller access routes and customer premises is essential.
This is a non-fuel tanker role and does not involve fuel deliveries.
The Role
As a Class 2 ADR Driver, your duties will include:
Driving a Class 2 curtain sider vehicle
Delivering products regionally to rural and commercial sites
Safely and professionally transporting goods
Completing deliveries to farms, country locations and customer premises
Supporting with morning loading during busy periods
Driving a van for smaller deliveries when required
Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork
Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
What We Offer

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Full UK Class 2 / Category C licence
Valid ADR qualification
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Minimum 1 year’s HGV driving experience
Confidence driving in rural areas
A professional and flexible approach
Willingness to support with loading during busy periods
Comfortable driving a van for smaller deliveries when required
