Class 1 Driver

Driver Hire Carlisle are currently recruiting for an experienced  Class 1 Driver (CAT CE ) for our well known and established client in the Carlisle area.

What We Offer a Class 1 Driver:

•  £17.37-£25.00 PAYE ADV
• Shifts run across Monday-Sunday
• Days and Night Shifts available
• Assessment required
• Average 12 hour shifts
• Ongoing Requirement
• AD HOC Shifts available
• Possible Temp-Perm

Key Responsibilities for a Class 1 Driver:

• General Haulage across the UK with 1-5 drops per shift
• Trunking
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork in line with company and legal requirement
• Adhere to all Health & Safety, transport regulations, and working time directives
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Experience & Qualifications for a Class 1 Driver:

• Valid Class 1 licence, CPC, and Digi Card
• Minimum 6 months class 1 experience
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
• Assessment required for this role
