We are looking for an experienced Class 1 to join our client’s team based in Heysham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and general haulage experience to work in a friendly and supportive environment with opportunities to grow.

What We Offer a Class 1 Driver:

• £17.00 per hour basic
• £18.50 per hour overtime after 12 hours (per shift)
• Monday to Friday Work
• Immediate starts available

Key Responsibilities for a Class 1 Driver:

• Deliver goods safely and efficiently to delivery points
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork in line with company and legal requirements
• Ensure any loads are safely strapped
• Adhere to all Health & Safety, transport regulations, and working time directives
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Experience & Qualifications for a Class 1 Driver:

• Valid Class 1 licence, CPC, and Digi Card
• Minimum 1 years’ Class 1 experience preferred
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
• Excellent customer service and timekeeping skills
• Previous general haulage or dock work experience desirable

Additional Information for a Class 1 Driver:

• Nights out may be accommodated at £27.50 per hour
• This specific work is ongoing work Monday – Friday
